Lockport police issue arrest warrant for alleged rapist

Suspect allegedly assaulted a woman in June, police say

A Round Lake Park man is wanted for the alleged sexual assault of a woman in Lockport, according to a criminal complaint.

On July 5, Lockport police issued an arrest warrant for Michael T. Enoh, 33, of the 400 block of North Hillcrest Court.

Enoh is charged with the criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual abuse of a woman. The alleged incident took place on June 23. The criminal complaint alleges Enoh had committed an act of sexual penetration for the purpose of gratification or arousal.

For the charge of criminal sexual assault, Enoh would face between four to 15 years in prison if convicted. For criminal sexual abuse, he may be punished by one to three years in prison if convicted.

The warrant carries a bond of $250,000. Enoh would need 10 percent of it to post bail for his release.

As of Tuesday evening, Enoh has not been jailed on the charges. The warrant describes Enoh as 6-foot-8 and 230 pounds with brown hair and eyes. His last known address was in Round Lark Park, a village in Lake County.

Enoch works for Taking Care Of Our Seniors, 119 N. Wyman St. in Rockford, which is a home service agency for seniors.
