Local arts and entertainment Sept. 14 through Sept. 21

On Sept. 19 during  the Lemont Artists Guild meeting at the Homer Township PublicLibrary, 14320 W 151st St, Homer Glen, Tom Henrichsen will talk about the use of a secondary limited palette when painting outdoors. He has a background in the study of fine art and a career as a musician and teacher. In 2005, he devoted himself full time to painting and he displays and sells his work at fine art fairs throughout the Midwest. He is a member of Oil Painters of America and is represented by the Brigantine Gallery in Downers Grove and the Eurekan Art Studio in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
