Dr. Nick Stella, the Republican nominee for Congress in the 11th District, will be hosting a panel on criminal justice reform this week.
The event will be from 5:30 to
7 p.m. Thursday in multipurpose room A-124 at the Wilco Area Career Center, located at 500 Wilco Blvd. in Romeoville.
The panel will consist of attorney Sherri Hale; Joseph Morganfield, son of blues legend Muddy Waters; Anthony Anderson, a 25-year veteran of the Illinois Department of Corrections; Edward Ronkowski, a retired prosecuting attorney; Paul McKinley, an activist and public speaker; and Wilco instructor Don Malec.
On Stella’s campaign website, it says that he thinks the criminal justice system “must be revised.”
