The panel will consist of attorney Sherri Hale; Joseph Morganfield, son of blues legend Muddy Waters; Anthony Anderson, a 25-year veteran of the Illinois Department of Corrections; Edward Ronkowski, a retired prosecuting attorney; Paul McKinley, an activist and public speaker; and Wilco instructor Don Malec.
